Squash is an incredibly versatile and nutritious vegetable, with a sweet, nutty flavor. It's a great addition to meal prep, as it can be cooked in a variety of ways - steamed, roasted, boiled, mashed or as part of a stew. Squash is very low in calories and fat, but high in fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Try adding squash to your meals and taste the difference
